Despite this, new listings have been declining showing a big gap in the market for anyone wanting to sell their property for a good return. An undersaturated market makes it the perfect time to list and expect a faster turn-around and higher sell-price. 

For the Eyre Peninsula, total property views have increased by 25% in recent months. We are seeing an increase in buyers looking to settle here on the Eyre Peninsula.
